At Tracker Logic Inc., we work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver, maintain, and improve our GPS tracking and telematics services. These providers help us operate securely, process payments, send notifications, and ensure a reliable experience for our customers.
All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and process it only as necessary to deliver their services.
📍 Mapping & Geolocation
We use mapping services to provide accurate GPS tracking, route optimization, and map rendering in our telematics dashboard:
- OpenFreeMap – Open-source mapping and navigation.
- LocationIQ – Geocoding and reverse geocoding services.
- OpenStreetMap – Community-driven maps for route data.
- OpenTopoMap – Topographic map layers for route planning.
- Google Maps (Road, Satellite, Hybrid) – For detailed map visualization and traffic data.
- In Progress: AutoNavi and Ordnance Survey integrations.
💳 Payment Processing
To securely process payments for subscriptions and services:
- Moneris – Handles payment transactions and credit card processing.
☁️ Hosting & Backups
To host our services and securely store customer data:
- DigitalOcean – Primary hosting provider for our servers and telematics infrastructure.
- Wasabi – Encrypted backup storage in Canadian data centers.
- Ottomatik – Backup management and automation (does not store customer data).
🔒 Security & Authentication
For account security, authentication, and system integrity:
- Auth0 (by Okta) – Provides OpenID authentication and multi-factor security for customer accounts.
- RoboShadow – Conducts external security testing and vulnerability scanning.
📣 Notifications
To send alerts and system notifications:
- Telnyx – Provides SMS delivery for vehicle alerts and notifications.
🎧 Customer Support & Business Operations
For customer support and internal operations:
- Freshdesk – Manages support tickets and customer service communications.
- Odoo (Hosted) – Used for business management and invoicing.
